Tenant Find means we market your property, find and reference a tenant, and hand over to you once they move in. Full Management means we handle everything ongoing — rent collection, maintenance, inspections and legal compliance — for 9% per month.
Do you offer a Guaranteed Rent scheme?
Yes. Our Guaranteed Rent scheme means you receive your rent every month whether the property is occupied or not. There are no void periods and no chasing tenants for payment. Contact us to find out if your property qualifies.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in complete transparency. Our fees are clearly stated upfront and there are no hidden charges. Full Management is 9% per month of the rent collected. Any additional costs (such as maintenance work) are agreed with you before being carried out.
How do you find tenants?
We use professional photography, Rightmove, Zoopla, and active social media marketing to attract quality tenants. We also have a database of pre-referenced applicants actively looking for properties in your area.
What compliance checks do you carry out?
We carry out full tenant referencing including credit checks, employment verification and previous landlord references. We also manage all legal compliance including gas safety certificates, EICR, EPC, Right to Rent checks and deposit protection.
Can you manage HMO properties?
Yes. We are specialist HMO letting agents and an accredited UniHomes partner. We manage student HMOs near the University of Portsmouth and can guide you through the HMO licence application process with Portsmouth City Council.
